Jamia Binoria Aalamia was established in 1978 by Qari Abdul Halim, who originally belonged to Gujarat, India. At the age of eleven, Qari Abdul Halim embraced Islam along with his father, leaving behind the Parsi faith. After completing the memorization of the Holy Quran in Bombay, he migrated to Karachi during the establishment of Pakistan.

In 1979, his son Mufti Muhammad Naeem graduated from Jamia Binoria Town and played a vital role in the growth and development of the institution. He dedicated himself to enhancing the educational system, as well as expanding and improving the infrastructure of the madrasa.

With continuous efforts and dedication, the number of students increased rapidly. What began as a small religious seminary has now transformed into an internationally recognized institution providing global education and training. Jamia Binoria Aalamia continues its mission of spreading authentic Islamic knowledge, academic excellence, and character development across the world.
